Hi, all.

I have a quick update on the survey.

I talked to ExLibris yesterday, and the first couple of weeks in October are unavailable on their end, as they already have migrations and trainings scheduled.

So, I've taken those to weeks off of the survey.

If you've already completed the survey, and selected from those two weeks, your response is still valid.

Or, if you'd like to re-answer based on this new info, feel free to do so, and I can just delete your initial response.

For everyone else, please try to respond to the survey by end of Monday next week if possible.

It's looking like, from the responses so far, that October is the most preferred month. And if that turns out to hold, I'd like to get an October spot reserved with ExL before they are all filled up.

As discussed at today's Alma / Primo call, I am asking each institution to respond by July 31 (but the earlier the better) to this scheduling survey.

The results of this survey will be used to schedule the planned Alma Refresher training this fall, to be sponsored by the WACTCLC Alma / Primo project, and to be lead by ExLibris Professional services.

Please coordinate within each institution to respond with your preferences.
