[Wactclc-primo] Please review and close old, stale or no longer relevant cases

There are some very old cases, dating from ORCA days, which I don’t have the ability to close on my account.

As well there are more recent cases, but still pretty stale, in various statuses like ‘waiting for customer reply’.

I expect those cases pre-date the 2 week time out for cases that sit too long at ‘pending customer reply’.

Or, if the case is still valid, and is NEW or at TIER * NEW, and has been in ExL’s court for a month or more,  you can add a comment asking for an update from ExL.

It would greatly help in the cause of evaluating our cases at a consortium level. And keeping those valid cases living.

After logging into Salesforce, you can go to the “Search Cases” tab, and use the “Case Options” pulldown to scope the list cases along different facets:
