[Wactclc-primo] Please review and close old, stale or no longer relevant cases

I'd like everyone, as time permits, to review your institution's cases, particularly ones prior to 2018, and close any non-relevant, resolved cases, or cases that have been resolved but are still stuck at 'awaiting customer reply', 'pending customer reply', etc.
Or, if the case is still valid, and is NEW or at TIER * NEW, and has been in ExL's court for a month or more,  you can add a comment asking for an update from ExL.

It would greatly help in the cause of evaluating our cases at a consortium level. And keeping those valid cases living.

After logging into Salesforce, you can go to the "Search Cases" tab, and use the "Case Options" pulldown to scope the list cases along different facets:
