Wade, no I didn't do anything else!  Weird. Although we don't have any books on New Books display at the moment since we're between quarters so the collection should be empty.  The books in that collection do currently say they're in their permanent Main Collection location. The set I was using for that collection was supposed to pull in titles with a temporary location of New Books, I believe.  I will have to take another look at my set parameters in the morning...

Amy,

I was just investigating. I saw the same thing.

I was going through your collections in Alma. I made a couple of inconsequential changes in the collections, and then changed them back (just toggling ‘default thumbnail’ setting back and forth).

Don’t know if that did the trick, or maybe you did something else in the meanwhile, but the collections are appearing now, looks great.

I created two “Collections” for Primo when the option became available in early summer: “New Books” and “Teaching & Learning.”  Collections were definitely working for some time after that.  I went today to look at them again (to prep for showing them at our staff meeting) and they are completely missing from Primo even though I can still see them in Alma.  Any idea why??  Did the file path change?

When I went in to look at the collections in Alma I could see that a bib record for each collection (not sure where that bib came from) was Suppressed.  So I unsuppressed those two bib records and the Collections are still missing from Primo so that was not the problem.
