Thanks, Amy! Maybe I'll try those parser overrides and see what they do. This has never been a problem with our Science Direct articles before, so I can't figure out what changed all of a sudden. Also, did you notice that one of your examples shows a link to ProQuest?  That's from the second record in our Primo Instance, and when I clicked on it, that actually takes me to ProQuest.

What's that about, I wonder?  Could the FRBR function not be working correctly? I don't even know how to go about troubleshooting stuff like this when I see it. Aaargh...

Elena, I don’t have an answer but I when I search for that article in Primo, I have two records for it.  Both are for the article in Science Direct, but they look different, and one takes me straight there and one doesn’t.  Maybe this will at least help troubleshoot?

For the top one, selecting “Full Text Available” does what your example does (not straight into the article).  For the bottom one, selecting ”Full Text Available” opens directly into the article.  Here are the differences in the Primo records:

In my Health & Life Sciences service, I have a parser parameter of host=https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/ & prefsite = sd & shib=$$SHIBBOLETH & u_shib=$$U_SHIBBOLETH

In the Health & Life Sciences collection (edit, Additional tab) I have a Level URL override in place that is https://www.sceincedirect.com

Not sure if any of that is useful…

Hi all:

I know that we’ve talked about this issue with Credo Reference titles, and I can’t remember exactly why this is, but with our Science Direct articles, when we click on the View Online link, it takes us to a page where we then have to click one more time to get into the article:

However, when we click on the Links section at the bottom of the record, we do directly to the article:

Takes us directly into the articel:

Can someone please explain again why that is and if there’s anything I can do to change it?
