We at Yakima still subscribe.  It is mostly used by our librarians when they are making purchase decisions during collection development.  I don't know if anyone else uses it.

My own, longer term, musing about OCLC...

At what point do libraries, especially academics, begin opting out of OCLC all together? :)

Their main services are providing metadata records, and ILL service. And unfortunately, they also own EZProxy now, which is still in wide use.

Other options already exist for metadata and ILL. Though, for "closed source" metadata records, I don't think anyone matches OCLC yet. (By 'closed source', I mean that OCLC places limits on what you can do with records you obtain from them. I would think of LC as 'open source' records.)

Going forward, seems like libraries, academics anyway, are going to be built more around electronic content, both licensed and open access, than print. Just judging by the direction of budgets.

My own impression is that OCLC is not keeping up with the EBSCOs and ProQuests in building out large metadata repositories for electronic content. (Full disclosure, it's been a few years since I worked with any of OCLC's electronic resource metadata, but at the time it didn't feel very accurate.)

Luckily, here in the CTCs, I don't think the OCLC bills are too significant, compared to what you would see at larger libraries.

Yes, we do :)  We briefly considered discontinuing but decided it would freak people out to implement so much change at once.

Pierce discontinued our subscription in 2015/2016 (mostly likely in association with moving to Alma) and now we are reconsidering.
