HI Tria:

I just tested this and it worked for me. Dan's point about checking junk mail is a good one. My Ex Libris emails were going to junk until I let IT know about this and they were able to white list messages coming from Ex Libris...

Subject: [Wactclc-primo] Email pinned items, working for anyone else?

Hi!

In primo, I can pin items and I can fill out the dialog box from the ellipsis menu to email those citations to myself or someone else, but the emails don't go through. I think this used to work fine, anyone else having the same issue? I've tried from both a guest and user account and it won't work either way.

Thanks all!
