[Wactclc-primo] Available in the Library versus Held in the Library

There seems to be a difference from Primo to Primo VE in the way the facet for library holdings works.

In Primo, selecting Available in the Library only shows items that are on the shelf and available to be checked out.  Physical items owned by the library but currently checked out are not displayed.

In Primo VE, selecting Held by Library shows all library holdings even if they are checked out.  If checked out, the display says Not Available.  In Primo VE you can change the label to whatever you want it to say.

Is that what others are seeing?
