[Wactclc-primo] [External] RE: Location and Library Facets disappear when you limit by book

AAAAND... now two minutes later ALL of my location and library limiters are showing in an "Everything" search for the first time today.  Ugh.  I guess we just ride this out?

Very glitchy as Nina just said.  When I wrote my earlier email I was at least seeing an Availability limiter of "Available in the Library" in an Everything search (which effectively limits to Books and Videos), but now the "Available in the Library" limiter is missing when I do the exact same search as earlier.

My "Library" and "Location" limiters are only showing up for searches done in the Catalog scope, in both a basic and advanced search.  They are not there if I switch to the Everything scope.  I don't recall if they were normally there in an Everything scope search before, or if this is new behavior.

Morning! Anyone else seeing this?

When you do a basic search in Primo, the Library (if you have it) and Location facets are on the left. If you go to Advanced Search and add Material Type "Books" to your search, suddenly those facets are gone.

The same is happening if you use the Resource Type facet. Once you select Book and hit Apply, the Location and Library facet disappear.

I opened a ticket with Ex Libris and attached the same screenshots here.
