[Wactclc-primo] Gale linking update

For those with any lingering linking issues from Primo to Gale...

ExL introduced a fix in the 20192500 Alma CKB update that was released yesterday (June 23rd).

As of this morning, the links in a couple of GRC SF tickets are now working.

So, it's worth checking any open tickets you have regarding Gale links, as they are likely working as well.
