[Wactclc-primo] Inconsistent Deduping in Primo VE

Hi all,

Has anyone come up with a good strategy to make sure their record deduping is consistent in Primo VE? Right now I'm thinking we'd have to do a lot of manual editing of our records as we come across examples, which doesn't seem like an efficient solution!

We've seen this with ebooks/print books, DVDs/streaming media, and print journals/ejournals.

For example:
Utne displays as one record
[cid:image001.png at 01D4A36F.381D03F0]
Scientific American as two
[cid:image002.png at 01D4A36F.381D03F0]


Chicago is one record
[cid:image003.png at 01D4A36F.381D03F0]
Like Water for Chocolate is two
[cid:image004.png at 01D4A36F.381D03F0]

Any tips or tricks for consistency here?
