Good eye, Ryer.

I was indeed looking at a different view than Laura. (Laura, I forgot you use a different view for on campus.)

Laura, hope you don’t mind, I went ahead and updated the path to the askwa img in the V2 view, so it’s appearing normally now.

Hi Laura,

I’m not seeing it, and just did a refresh.

It looks like your RTC logo image (custom/01STATEWA_RENTON-RENTON_V2/img/library-logo.png) is in a different location than your AskWA logo image (https://wactc-renton-primo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com/primo-explore/custom/RENTON_V1/img/askwa.png).

Make sure your AskWA logo is in your production view 01STATEWA_RENTON-RENTON_V2. And make sure that it’s pointing to that updated image location.

I didn’t fix it,  but I’m glad it’s working outside RTC!  (Some sort of RTC cache issue, perhaps.)

Hi, All –

Looking at our Primo front page, we apparently have a broken or missing image file in the Ask a Librarian link.

I thought that this was fixable in the Customization package area - https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Product_Documentation/020Primo_VE/025Display_Configuration/010Configuring_Discovery_Views_for_Primo_VE - but when I look at the customization file (screenshot below) the image doesn’t appear to be broken or missing.

At this point I’m wondering if I have the wrong ExLibris help page.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
