[Wactclc-primo] Primo view - broken image file, not broken in customization view

Hi, All -

Looking at our Primo front page, we apparently have a broken or missing image file in the Ask a Librarian link.

I thought that this was fixable in the Customization package area - https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Product_Documentation/020Primo_VE/025Display_Configuration/010Configuring_Discovery_Views_for_Primo_VE - but when I look at the customization file (screenshot below) the image doesn't appear to be broken or missing.

At this point I'm wondering if I have the wrong ExLibris help page.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
