[Wactclc-primo] [External] One Search linking to GVRL article level - problem fixed

Yay!  My GVRL links go to article level  as well now.  Now if I could just get Credo to go back to article level as well (and Sage and Salem and Ebsco)!

FYI:

Over the weekend Exlibris applied a fix so that One Search now correctly links to GVRL article level (it has incorrectly linked to title level for many months)

I have done some spot checks and the fix seems to be working for GVRL here at Green River, knock on wood.
