[Wactclc-primo] Primo VE and Total Care

Hi Wade,


I see that a question was asked about whether or not Total Care is going away. The response was, "Total Care goes away with Primo VE, but SF will of course continue to exist, and you can continue to post Primo questions via SF." If an institution chooses not to migrate to Primo VE, will SF make customizations to their Primo instance and troubleshoot/fix problems in Primo? What are the disadvantages of not migrating to Primo VE?
