I tried to capture our Notices discussion in a couple of tables of useful info, and an overview of the notice setup and customization workflow.

We will continue this discussion next week, focusing on the workflow of a specific notice.

I also included Elena's Skagit Valley workflow for managing and enabling discovery of new book lists, which relies on a new book shelf location, and a permalink to a Primo search of the contents of that location.
