Yes, like Amy, it looks to be working for us now too.

Haley, I did email with a tech person a couple of times last night, but they were unable to replicate it and said it looked like a cache issue. Which seems unlikely if multiple colleges were seeing it.

Is anyone still having trouble? If so, I'll include that in my response to ProQuest this morning.

As I went back in to get the link to add to my support case, I discovered that it’s suddenly working in all my browsers.  Weird.  I submitted the case any way (I only ever got sent to voicemail when I called on the phone) and I’ve also tweeted them.

We were seeing the same thing as Olympic at EdCC yesterday. Yesterday afternoon when I was teaching, we were able to get in by using an incognito window in Chrome, but that workaround does not seem to be functioning this morning. Also, IE was working for us yesterday, but now is not.
Lesley, did you ever hear back from the message you left with support?

Hi everyone,

We just noticed that ProQuest does not seem to be functioning at Pierce College (thanks Philip!)

If you hit enter after a keyword in the search bar, it just adds a return line. If you click the magnifying glass, there’s no response. And, in IE, I’m not getting the CSS to load at all.

I just left a VM with their Tech Support, but is anyone else seeing this?
