[Wactclc-primo] Kanopy

Lesley and Wade,

Edmonds has had the same problem with Kanopy records from PCI.  Before
Kanopy added Media Education Foundation we cataloged the Media Education
Foundation records and added them to our Catalog via the P to E process.
After Kanopy added these records they now show up as "online access" where
as the other Kanopy records show up as "full text available".  This is one
of the reasons we have through about adding our Kanopy records directly,
but if Wade's suggestion works that would also be a good fix.

Lesley, have you opened a Sales Force request to do what Wade suggest?
