At this morning's leads call, we spent the full hour discussing the recently circulated report of electronic collections activations by institution, and a variety of follow-on topics related to electronic activations that followed.

This afternoon, I created a PowerPoint diagram, which might help clarify the relationship between Alma CZ activations and PCI activations:
