[Wactclc-primo] Have you seen this weirdness in Primo?

Hi all,

Have you seen Primo take someone to a resource that the library doesn't technically have? A recent example for us: A student found a citation for an article for which Full Text is available, and chose the link for EBSCO's ASP. It connects to the desired article via an accession number (AN). But it shows you're in Literary Reference Center (to which we do not subscribe). Another librarian pointed this out to me (and I had seen it once when we were first starting with Alma (before I downloaded Zotero)).

So, has anyone seen this, or are we special at Whatcom? Maybe, if you have ASP, you can try the same search.

Thanks.
-Sally
