[Wactclc-primo] Opting out of notices

Does anyone know how to disable the Opt out of overdue notices function in a users account in Primo? We want to allow them to opt out of some notices, but not the overdue notices. I've been looking through the Help pages, and it seems that changing the settings in the User Management Confiiguration /configuration/user details/library notices opt in will change it in Alma, but the changes I made there don't seem to correspond in Primo. The sample patron is still able to opt out of their overdue notices in primo. Does it take a while for those changes to happen, or do I need to set the opt in/out options for Primo someplace else?
