[Wactclc-alma] Auto-renewals

Hi there:

I am trying to set up auto-renewal for some items and having problems. I have set up that employees can auto-renew their items. I tried to test it by checking out an item to myself and setting the due date and time for this morning at 10 am. However, it did not auto-renew as expected.

I have checked Terms of Use. I have checked the Fulfillment Unit Rule. I have checked the item policy.  Everything looks like it should have auto-renewed. But it didn't. I am at a dead end with my troubleshooting. Does anyone have any clues as to what went wrong here?
