Donnie, that's a new category to me, too. Here is what USCIS says:

"(c)(31)        VAWA self-petitioners with an approved Form I-360"

Good afternoon all!



I am working with a student who recently submitted the Residency Questionnaire and provided their Employment Authorization with a category of “C31”. I have not seen this one come through before. Can anyone give insight on their experience with this category?



Student application shows Student Visa and recently had their classification change which makes me unsure of they meet Residency Affidavit requirements.
