[LIBRARYDIR] Virtual Chat Question

Hello!

Our statistics are not cleanly identifiable into the two institutions we serve (UW Bothell and Cascadia College). However, looking down the list of emails, it seems like roughly 15-20% are from Cascadia. Here are our numbers:

We’re curious about virtual chat usage at other libraries (ex. AskWa LibChat).

Our usage isn’t much and we’re wondering about other libraries.

How is your usage? Has anyone decided to drop their chat service? Has anyone added chat or something similar (text messaging…)?
