Salary range for this position is: $49,336.98/yr. - $64,712.97/yr. (depending on experience)

If so, then we invite you to consider joining our team at Seattle Central College, an equity-focused open-access college dedicated to helping all students achieve their academic and professional goals. As Circulation Manager (Program Manager A), you will lead a circulation team and participate in a library that collaborates to provide students equal access to the information they need to flourish academically, personally, and in community.



In this role, you will lead, supervise, and direct the library circulation department and contribute to the delivery of student-centered, equity-producing, antiracist and accessible library services at Seattle Central's main campus and co-locations. This work includes managing circulation and library technology desk staff and coordinating circulation activities in communication and collaboration with the dean, library faculty, and other areas of the college as needed. In addition, you'll provide counsel to the Dean for Libraries and Employee Development about library policy, hours, and services and ensure that circulation effectively serves a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff. You'll be prepared to lead a collaborative circulation team with a positive, flexible, and equity-minded approach.



This full-time twelve-month classified position reports to the Dean for Libraries and Employee Development and supervises two LAPP2 (Library and Archives Paraprofessional 2) staff, hourly and student circulation staff.
