We send Alma generated letters, but we suspect they are going to spam, so
Jennifer, I would love to hear about the solution you all found.

Our circulation manager is designing a bookmark  with a calendar for the
due date, and we're looking at putting a QR code on it that will link to
the borrowing agreement that we're currently revising.  Thanks all, Claire
