[LIBRARYDIR] [EXTERNAL] Re: Fall Plans Anyone?

Hello all,
I added Shoreline to the spreadsheet earlier this week. Since the
spreadsheet's creation we have become a core service for Fall quarter. This
means we will be open 8-5 M-Th, and 8-12 Friday. The library will be listed
as the main student hangout and campus commons for the 25% of classes that
will be taught on campus. We will have additional virtual hours for those
people who are not on campus and because last year's data demonstrated that
people wanted evening services.
By being considered a core service people who will primarily staff the
front desk will have to return to campus. I am happy to talk
details with anyone who wants to know how we went from 0 to  49 (hours a
week) and what processes we are doing as a library and campus to keep
people safe.  My first month has been exciting.
