[LIBRARYDIR] Verizon hot spot information

Hi all-

I've had a few requests about Verizon hot spots.

We use the NASPO ValuePoint purchasing cooperative contract #1907.  It includes Verizon as one of the awarded vendors.  The State of Washington has also signed a participating addendum with NASPO to use Verizon phone lines and service plans under state contract #06012. We are using the 4GLTE dedicated mobile hotspots with unlimited domestic mobile data allowance at $39.99 per month.  We work with Aisha Davis for our area and there are other representatives assigned to other parts of the state.
