[LIBRARYDIR] ideas/feedback Statewide Database Licensing

I would echo what Aryana said in terms of Proquest and Newsbank but our
librarians are out for 2 weeks (yes, 2 weeks) of spring break so will have
to wait until April 8th to get real input.  I would also add to Candice's
mention of streaming services - that is our big need.  If there was any way
to reduce the costs of Kanopy use, we would be very interested in that
direction.
