Hi all,

I've added this to the agenda but thought I'd send it in email too. Next week's meeting will be in the Health Sciences Building at the back of campus, Building K, room 221. We will be on one side of the room, with ELC on the other and a divider in the middle when we are meeting separately. I have been assured that sound will not be a problem... Lunch will be in the Longhouse directly across.

Parking is located nearby, but can be a bit tricky to get to-go down Liberty just to the west of campus, turn right on Park, then turn almost immediately left and go past the sports field to reach the back of campus. No parking pass will be required. A map is here: http://pencol.edu/sites/default/files/PC-Campus-Map-Parking-Pass_0.pdf

We have two group dinner options listed below. If you didn't say you wanted to attend but are now interested, let me know asap. These dinners will be with ELC.

TUESDAY, 8/6/2019

è *Spinach Cheese Ravioli: Spinach cheese ravioli with spinach creamy sauce
o I do need to know who will be having this vegetarian option so they can make enough ravioli.

WEDNESDAY 8/7/19
No Host Cocktails with appetizers to start at 6 p.m. Dinner to start about 6:30 p.m.

Appetizers, soup, salad, and exhibition cooking Hibachi combination with fried rice, veggies, chicken, & shrimp (for those who eat meat, only veggies for those who don't).

If you have any questions about the area-lodging, travel, etc, just let me know. Pack your cardigans, the temperature's going to be in the mid 60's.
