[LIBRARYDIR] Calling All Coordinators of OER/Low-Cost Labeling work

So far we have 23 folks signed up from 18 colleges (See the member list<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1A2d8lIiWLx857LNFdiOC_vVdBW1HIRFquGWOEzJ5JRI/edit?usp=sharing>). That's awesome (thank you!), but I am really hoping to see representation from all of our 34 colleges. I will wait till the end of this week and will send out a Doodle Poll to organize our first get-together. :-)

Calling All Coordinators of OER/Low-Cost Labeling work in Washington!

Thanks to the incredible support from the members of our Washington community and technical colleges, we have successfully launched and established implementation guidelines for the OER & Low-Cost Labeling policies (Visit https://tinyurl.com/openwa-label to learn more).

Now that the initial work is done, we'd love to have all the OER/Low-Cost Labeling Coordinators from our colleges get together to share their experiences to date.
