[LIBRARYDIR] Proposed LLC Bylaws for fall meeting - take two

Attached is a second draft of the proposed bylaws for our fall meeting at BBCC.

I made the following changes:

·         Changed webhost and webmasters to appointed positions to serve indefinitely.

·         Changed the time elected officers assume their duties to the end of the spring meeting.

·         Removed references to media services.

·         Added library “deans” to directors and designees as members.

·         Changed “voting members” and “regular members” to “official members” because the latter term is used throughout the remainder of the document.

·         Changed Ex-officio members to liaison members to clarify who pays registration fees (see Membership).
