Subject: [LIBRARYDIR] CTC library use agreement

I am hoping someone can forward to me the document or link containing the CTC library shared use agreement.
I believe it may have been an MOU-ish or Interlocal Agreement kind of document and that it updated an agreement from the1990’s that explicitly allowed any student (and employee???) to use/borrow material from any CTC provided.
This is not the WCTCLC Interlocal Agreement, but something else….sigh.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
