Great idea.  I'll try to think of questions.  My experience so far reveals that it is really important to keep people calm and handle individual, personal issues with patience and empathy.  Maybe tips on handling people would be helpful.

Hello all,



A few of us were discussing emergency management over dinner at our last meeting and we thought it may be a good topic for the summer LLC meeting. Laura McDowell, Director of Communications at SBCTC, has been working with the Safety, Security and Emergency Management Council and is willing to help organize a training for us.   We are looking at a one hour session that could include training and Q & A.   To help with planning, please reply with a list of your questions or concerns.



I think that some of us are better prepared that others and I would also be interested in hearing your tips and plans during the session.  We can also collect these on the Team drive.
