[LIBRARYDIR] payments to Ex Libris

For FY 16-17 I paid my Primo subscription in July.

For FY 17-18, I paid for Primo in September.  Ex Libris initially billed me for the first two weeks of July because we were in Cohort 3.  They then credited that amount and billed me for the entire fiscal year.

I have not yet received a bill for FY 18-19 but would expect it in May or June.  I won't pay it until after July 1.

I emailed and asked for my invoice early. The college was doing their annual budget scrubbing and I wanted the money encumbered. I received it on the same day.

I've got my newbie hat on today.

I see GHC pays the consortium an amount, that covers the consortium fee and Alma.  We do not purchase Primo thru the consortium.

For FY 16/17, we paid for Primo direct to Ex Libris-invoice was due in July 2016, we paid it in December 2016.  (if you don't ask, neither will I.)

But for FY 17/18 we don't seem to have received an invoice, nor have we made any payments that I can find.

What's happened with others of you?  Has anyone been billed for Primo yet?  I know Tim said billing from Ex Libris was not running smoothly, but I'd just like to know what's been happening at the end that the Consortium does not handle.
