Good morning,

The BAS Committee (Vivienne, Erica, Aryana, Tammy, and I) has been working diligently on a rubric for evaluating the planning and integration of library services, instruction, and information resources into the BAS programs.  We met again today to revise the document in advance of our LLC meeting in June.  Here is the link to the latest draft on LLC's Google Drive  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XnJ0Nbkts5lTBLwqXL_xKrlSWL6ad9rwYHfmu-9ANtM/edit.  I have also attached a Word doc to this email.

When I took a rough draft to the BLC and IC, everyone was very pleased with basing it on the Northwest Commission's Standards.  The Library Committee of the BLC agreed that the VPs would respect the NWCCU's standards and that was the feedback I got from IC's Learning and Innovations Committee.  Using that as a framework, the BAS Committee developed the measurements.

Please share this document with your librarians and bring their feedback to our meeting in June.
