[LIBRARYDIR] Adjunct Faculty Librarian Position at Clover Park Technical College

CPTC is looking for a part time Adjunct Faculty Librarian.  The students here are awesome and the faculty and staff are pretty great, too.

Position Objective

This is a part-time hourly position that is responsible for performing a variety of Library and Academic Department related tasks.  Currently, the schedule for this position is Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri mornings and Wed evenings to 8pm.



Duties and Tasks:

*           Provide Reference desk services at the CPTC Library during scheduled hours.

*           Provide Information Literacy instruction to general education and program classes as requested.

*           Collect and report Library statistics.

*           Other projects and duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

*         Experience providing reference and instruction in an academic library.

*         45 credits towards MLIS or equivalent degree.

Preferred Qualifications

*         Two (2) years of industry experience in related field.

*         Experience providing library services in a two (2) year college setting.

*         MLIS or equivalent degree.
