Hi Mindy,

Perhaps you are looking for something more recent, but try this one:

Subject: [LIBRARYDIR] faculty assumptions of students' research abilities?

I am searching for an article on faculty perceptions (misperceptions?) of students’ research abilities. I vaguely remember it, but not well enough to hit on the keywords. I searched Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts; ERIC; Academic Search Premier; the list of articles compiled by Erica; Google; and my own collection of articles, but I can’t retrieve it. Our timeline for finding it is very short so I am reaching out.

Does this article ring a bell with anyone?

Thank you!

MIndy
