YVC's library was remodeled and expanded in 2008.  At that time we added some soft chairs and couches.  I guess they take about 10% of our space.  They are very popular.

Hello

Our library has never had any lounge seating, only study tables and chairs; my guess is that is pretty unusual - anyone else have the same situation?  If you've had the opportunity to remodel or build a new library, what % space did you give to comfortable/casual seating vs. study?
