If anyone is planning to attend the ALA MidWinter Conference, you might consider attending this reception.  I had a great experience at the Leadership Institute for Academic Librarians and highly recommend it.  I know several of us also attended this institute and they might chime in.  I still reflect back on what I learned and apply it to current situations.  It also became a stepping stone to pursuing my Ph.D. because I learned I loved being a student again.  Nota bene:  Harvard employs excellent andragogy, keeping students engaged throughout the course.
