[LIBRARYDIR] public patrons in your libraries

Cheyenne,
The general public is welcome to use the library but there are a number of
limitations.  All of our computers require a campus login so those are not
available to anyone other than students or employees.  We do have some open
stations for catalog searches only.  Public users can purchase a library
card for $10/year if they wish to check out materials.
