[LIBRARYDIR] tenure for librarians

Hello all,
I was wondering if any of you might be able to share any rubrics or guidelines for the tenure process for your librarians. We haven't had a librarian go through tenure at RTC in over 9 years and now we are beginning Jessica's tenure, but there is very little in the tenure guide to go on for librarians. Anything that you have developed or used for your tenured librarians would be greatly appreciated so that I can start to suggest how we will run her process.
