[LIBRARYDIR] Upward Bound students and checkouts?

Hi all,

This is triggering a very faint bell so apologies if this has been discussed recently, but we just had an Upward Bound student ask for the first time if they can check out materials. Do you treat these students like other students on your campuses with regard to borrowing? Or are they community members? They seem to vary on our campus from Running Start students in various ways, and that was the most similar group we could think of.

Any insight is appreciated!
