[LIBRARYDIR] [EXTERNAL] Chromebook checkout forms?

Hi,

We have a mini information sheet that we explain (at least the highlights on the back!) and put in bags as due date reminder.  There is an  agreement that we have the students sign and keep on file until the netbook is returned.

For the ENL students who borrow laptop sets from the I-DEA grant program, we have a simplified info sheet and there is an agreement that they sign as well.

Hey folks!

We are getting our first batch of chromebooks to check out to students this quarter. We're getting 20 of them and plan to check them out for the entire quarter. If it goes well, we will likely purchase more.

We're working on forms that students will need to sign, outlining responsibilities and use. Do any of you have something similar you could send my way so that we might benefit from your good ideas?
