[LIBRARYDIR] Clarification: Newsbank

I just talked to the project lead about the Newsbank Pilot. I need to clarify that four-year academics are excluded from this offer. I also need to point out that if you already have a subscription to Newsbank you cannot drop it during the pilot year. Beyond that no decisions have been made. You can however have access to additional content offered that you do not already purchase during the pilot year.

Just wanted to be sure that I corrected any misimpressions that I may have given.
