My name is Celeste McCray and I work with the Consumer Affairs and Outreach Division of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in Washington, DC.

The FCC is looking for ways to inform consumers (especially those consumers in the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities) about the FCC's newly translated consumer guides in Vietnamese, Tagalog, Chinese and Korean.  We have been in touch with the American Library Association and they have identified the State of Washington as having a high population of AAPI individuals.  They suggested that we contact your library for assistance.

We would like to send you links to our top consumer guides to post on your website, mailings, or in a newsletter.  This information can also be provided through hard copies to be displayed in your library.
