[LIBRARYDIR] Policies for faculty using LibGuides

Hi all,

For those of you using LibGuides, do you have any policies or guidelines around allowing faculty to develop guides for their classes?    We have a faculty member who was allowed to develop her own guide when we first started using LibGuides, but now she is including information that would be better represented in a Canvas course.    Before we talk with her, we wanted to have guidelines in place.
