[LIBRARYDIR] Join the ELC in an RFP for webinar software to replace BB Collaborate?

I would wait and find out their results.  I need to talk with my VP and our IT dept. about local plans.  Guy had said that SBCTC is looking at WebEx.

I am a little confused since I understood from Steve, Mark, and Guy that eLearning didn't think they should bear the cost of a shared meeting platform.  Why are they issuing an RFP?

Erica and I are at ELC and we let them know LLC is concerned about a Collaborate replacement.
Shall we join the ELC in an RFP?
Our meeting goes through lunch tomorrow.

Shall we simply wait to find out their results?
