[LIBRARYDIR] Photo Album and a possible template for team idea development work

Deans,
I edited the best of the photos and uploaded them to my google photos. If you would like the album moved to a better location, please let me know where that should be.

In addition, we had a request to create a place where preliminary/developing plans could be shared.

I think it should be moved to a folder where teams can create their own copy of it (or something like it) and lock it down to their own team members.
Maybe I’m tired but I can’t think of a way that teams can work collaboratively and show their work but not allow others to edit their documents. Or maybe there are settings I haven’t used.

If you have better ideas, please make a suggestion.
