Pierce calculates hours in a similar way that aligns with course credit hours, and the rate is included as part of the faculty negotiated agreement.

Would anyone mind sharing how you calculate pay for adjunct librarians? We use a formula comparable to what they would be paid as adjunct faculty for lab and lecture credit hours. Please feel free to reply to me directly.
